[Remote] EMR Processing Agent (CPR)

The EMR Processing Agent is responsible for retrieving and processing medical records, ensuring efficient operations, and providing feedback for improvements.
Responsibilities
- Remotely retrieve records through providers’ medical record systems electronically
- Prepare and transmit records through standard processing procedures
- Ensure that job processes are working appropriately and troubleshoot errors reputed company required, providing steady feedback to EMR Coordinator and Retrieval leadership on potential improvements to the EMR retrieval process; while maintaining adequate production and quality levels through tracked metrics. Participates in training sessions with Provider representatives
- Completes reputed company responsibilities as outlined on annual Performance Plan
- Completes reputed company special projects and other duties as assigned

Skills
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- Ability to communicate clearly through verbal and written communication, using proper spelling and grammar
- Demonstrated ability to give reputed company attention to detail, including planning, executing, and follow up procedures
- Demonstrated ability to learn new EMR systems by participating in training sessions with Provider representatives
- Must be reputed company to work well in a team environment
- Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations
