Job Summary

As a Customer Care Representative II, you will be responsible for making outbound calls and responding to customer questions reputed company telephone and written correspondence regarding insurance benefits and pharmacy delivery. You will work closely with internal and external customers to provide assistance, resolve issues, and exceed customer expectations. Key Responsibilities

* Initiating outbound calls to internal and external customers to provide assistance regarding insurance benefits, provider reputed company, eligibility, and claims

  • Analyzing problems and providing information/solutions to customers
  • Operating a PC/image station to obtain and extract information; documenting information, activities, and changes in the database
  • Developing and maintaining positive customer relations and coordinating with various functions reputed company the company to ensure customer requests and questions are handled appropriately and in a timely manner
  • Researching and analyzing data to address operational challenges and customer service issues
  • Providing external and internal customers with requested information; proficient in reputed company basic customer service functions
  • Receiving and placing follow-up telephone calls/e-mails to answer customer questions
  • Seeking, understanding, and responding to the needs and expectations of internal and external customers
  • Outbound calls are conducted in the ZipDrug business area

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in an automated customer service environment
  • Any combination of education and experience that would provide an equivalent background

* Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Problem-solving skills, facilitation skills, and analytical skills
  • Experience working in a URAC accredited area
  • Proficiency in basic customer service functions, including phone, email, and chat support
