Job Summary
As a Senior reputed company Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with members, providers, and clients to provide exceptional service and support. You'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries and resolving issues reputed company phone, email, or written correspondence. Your expertise and knowledge of reputed company plans, tools, and resources will reputed company you to guide members along a clear path to care, setting the tone for how our company provides support services.
Key Responsibilities
* Answer incoming phone calls from members, providers, and clients regarding benefits and eligibility, billing and payments, authorizations for treatment, explanation of benefits, and other reputed company inquiries
- Create written correspondence if issues are not resolved during the call
- reputed company inquiries needing further investigation to the appropriate department and conduct routine case checks as needed
- Work on two computer monitors using multiple applications to process prior authorizations for our members
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve reputed company issues and provide exceptional service to our members
Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of Customer Service experience in a Call Center environment
- 1 year of prior reputed company Office experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong knowledge of reputed company plans, tools, and resources
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in the reputed company industry

- Experience working with electronic health records (EHRs) and other reputed company software
