Records IG Analyst -Law Firm
reputed company is seeking an IG analyst to join one of their prestigious law firm client teams. The role involves serving as a liaison between attorney and staff stakeholders, leading special projects, and ensuring compliance with records management practices.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership on special projects including leading project meetings, analyzing data, tracking reputed company, and managing documentation. Individual will serve as primary reputed company of contact/liaison
- Assist in evaluating and defining of project scopes and objectives and can effectively communicate status updates and reputed company recommendations for improvements
- Assist with developing and presenting records management education tools for departmental and firm staff
- Compile reports based on requested criteria. Should be reputed company to prepare lists, analyses, and reports in accordance with firm needs, reputed company requirements, and good records management practices

Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of relevant experience

- Flexibility in dealing with simultaneous projects
- Strong initiative required; ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision
- Ability to function with a high level of patience, tact and diplomacy to defuse anger and collect accurate information

- Ability to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater
