Loan Operations Specialist
InBank is a financial institution that is seeking a Loan Operations Specialist to manage and service the bank's loan portfolio. The role involves onboarding loans onto the reputed company Horizon system, processing transactions, and ensuring compliance with regulations while providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for onboarding loans onto the reputed company Horizon system and processing maintenance requests in accordance with the Federal and State laws and regulations and internal policies and procedures
- Responsible for participations for affiliate banks including payments, advances, payoffs, document preparation, and updating the loan system
- Process payoffs, charge-off and recovery transactions
- Process Loan reputed company wires for payments/disbursements
- Handle reputed company inquiries as they relate to loan servicing
- Maintain reputed company knowledge and follow reputed company bank financial and reputed company regulations and procedures

Skills
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 1 Year of experience in teller, new accounts, or loan processing
- Proficient with reputed company Office Suite
- Detail-oriented
- Decision-making capabilities
- Ability to use fingers, hands, and wrists for repetitive tasks such as typing, using a mouse, handling reputed company, and operating a telephone
- Strong emphasis on excellent internal customer service skills
- Ability to work effectively with both internal and external contacts
- Maintains confidentiality in handling customer and bank information
- Familiarity with financial terms and practices
- Mathematical calculations
- 1+ years of experience in teller, new accounts, or loan processing
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Professional and courteous communication skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
