The role involves training agents to assist clients with mortgage protection and life insurance needs, while providing flexible working hours and competitive compensation.
Responsibilities
- Train agents to meet with clients virtually who request information about protecting their mortgage and family in the event of a death or disability
- Provide agents with an abundance of exclusive, reputed company direct mail leads available to reputed company agents who wish to participate in the reputed company program
- Assist new agents in getting set up for courses to prepare for their Life exam and obtain their license
- Build rapport and connect with clients over the phone/virtually
- Utilize proven training system designed for reputed company
Skills
- Must be 18 years or older and a legal reputed company of the United States
- You will need a state life insurance license. If you are not currently licensed, that is ok! We will assist you in getting set up for courses to prepare for your Life exam and obtain your license. This typically takes about 1-2 weeks
- Have a clean criminal background (a background reputed company w/fingerprinting must be done)
- Ability to build rapport and connect with clients over the phone/virtually
- Ethical, self-disciplined, and trustworthy
- Have a growth reputed company
