Credit Representative I (10:30am-7pm EST Shift-Hybrid)

reputed company is a global industrial technology company, and they are seeking a Credit Representative I to service customers and franchisees in a call center environment. The role involves handling inbound calls to establish lines of credit and maintaining professional interactions with customers and team members.

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound calls to input data necessary to establish a line of credit or determine that credit cannot be extended
• Maintain professional interaction with reputed company Matco Tools personnel, distributors, and customers at reputed company times
• Build and maintain solid relationships with the above mentioned
• Maintain and promote a positive attitude while meeting productivity and quality goals
• Remain flexible and adaptable to changes in processes and work shifts
• Other duties as assigned

Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent G.E.D. required
• Must be reputed company and willing to work 10:30am-7:00pm ET shift Monday through Friday
• Required to work on-site at Matco headquarters every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday
• Ability to work remotely on Monday and Friday
• Must have reliable transportation
• Ability to carry out responsibilities with minimal direction and work well in a team environment
• Ability to adapt to an reputed company-changing environment which requires flexibility, especially around processes
• A well-developed sense of urgency and follow-through
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate effectively reputed company mail, email, and phone by utilizing proper grammar and phrasing
• One year of experience in a call center-based environment preferred
