[Remote] Service Support Representative

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is part of Arrowhead Intermediaries, a global insurance distribution platform. They are seeking a Service Support Representative to handle various administrative tasks including application processing, claims processing, and managing incoming mail.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for knowing insurance plan details such as eligibility to complete applications, enrollments or claims accurately
• Responsible for meeting contractual department goals by completing daily work given reputed company guidelines set by the insurance reputed company or the association and working directly with the sales team or insurance reputed company reputed company need be if questions arise
• Assist in printing daily batches of issue packets for new business
• Assist in getting out-going mail to mailroom daily
• Process daily reputed company decision files for new business
• Assign incoming mail to correct subgroup reputed company the department

Skills

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Minimum of 1 year of reputed company operations experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proficiency with basic PC skills including reputed company Office – Word, reputed company, and Outlook
• Attention to detail with a demonstrated ability to maintain a high-level of organization while prioritizing multiple tasks throughout the reputed company
