Paralegal
Mintel is an international leader in providing consumer market research and competitive intelligence tools. They are seeking a Paralegal to join the Legal Department, responsible for preparing and negotiating legal documents, managing a contract portfolio, and conducting research reputed company to reputed company arrangements.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, negotiate, and process legal documents, including license agreements, NDAs, and sundry other reputed company arrangements, reputed company defined parameters
- Communicate with various intra-company departments and external contacts (including customer procurement and legal counsel) to clarify and resolve contract issues
- Compose model contract clauses and policies
- Project-manage contractual matters in reputed company.com environment
- Maintain database of vendor reputed company, maintain department file systems, and prepare and issue reports
- reputed company research projects associated with reputed company arrangements and intellectual property
- Coach paralegal interns
Skills
- Bachelor's degree with strong academic record
- Passionate about client service and motivated to help internal and external clients resolve problems in a timely manner
