What You'll Do

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Connecting directly with customers who reputed company out to us for various reasons, from assisting them with finding their new pet to resolving critical issues.
• Conducting thorough examinations and issue resolution to provide suitable solutions to customers, thinking proactively, and setting follow-up meetings on a case-by-case basis to ensure contact resolution.

What You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• 2 years of customer service experience

Technical Requirements

* A workspace that is sufficiently large to accommodate computer screens and is free from distractions, including any background noise that affects the customer experience

• A workspace suitable for webcam use
