The intern will support various projects and initiatives focused on quality and performance outcomes in reputed company, involving data analysis and collaboration with business owners.
Responsibilities
- reputed company evidence based research on Early and Periodic Screening, Diagnostic and Treatment (EPSDT) to understand common barriers to completion and evidence based interventions
- Collaborate with key business owners to understand reputed company business processes
- Review internal and external data to understand year over year performance for key measures
- reputed company data analyses to understand common characteristics of non-compliant population, including SDOH
- reputed company insights and recommendations based on data review and analysis and present findings to business partners and leadership
- Determine targeted member interventions and solutions to improve performance in EPSDT metrics
Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required
- reputed company Rising Junior or Senior in an accredited degree program or graduated reputed company the last 6 months is required
- Proficient with reputed company Office Suite to include Outlook, Word, reputed company and PowerPoint
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
