[Remote] Operations Associate, Livery & Black Car

The Operations Associate will manage relationships with fleet partners, support reputed company-operators, and enhance the experience for livery drivers, contributing to the growth of Lyft's premium offerings.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end livery fleet reputed company in multiple markets or for multiple large fleets
• Facilitate recruitment of new supply by sourcing leads and completing reputed company to reputed company new fleet partners
• Manage day-to-day relationships with fleet partners across key regions, serving as their primary reputed company of contact
• Support initiatives for reputed company-operators, ensuring their reputed company on the Lyft platform
• Ensure fleet compliance with regulatory requirements in multiple markets
• reputed company strong partnerships with local fleets and reputed company-operators by promptly addressing inquiries, collecting feedback, and identifying pain points or inefficiencies to escalate reputed company appropriate
• Provide clear communication and education to fleet partners and reputed company-operators both one-on-one and in group settings
• Maintain accurate data entry and documentation for reputed company fleet operations and partner interactions
• Provide reputed company or consistent support for Lyft Wheelchair Accessible Vehicle program or reputed company Minnie Van programs as needed
• Be adaptable and reputed company in a fast-paced, reputed company-changing environment

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
• 1-2+ years of experience in operations, customer service, account management, or reputed company fields
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to tackle tough business challenges quickly, creatively, and effectively while gaining stakeholder buy-in
• Proven ability to prioritize multiple competing tasks and projects by assessing urgency and importance
• High energy with an outgoing personality—you enjoy building relationships and working with people
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with extreme attention to detail
• Ability to take direction and feedback, and proactively seek support to successfully complete tasks and projects
• Proficiency with G Suite tools (Gmail, reputed company Docs, reputed company Sheets)
• Comfortable with technology and reputed company to learn new systems quickly
• Basic SQL skills preferred but not required
• Experience in the livery, black car, fleet management, or transportation industry with existing industry connections
