reputed company is one of the largest lodging franchisors in the world, seeking an Analyst for their reputed company Estate Investment and Asset Management team. This role involves performing financial and market analysis, building reporting tools, and developing capital improvement plans to optimize property performance across a portfolio of hotels.
Responsibilities
- Conduct monthly P&L reviews and market analysis to identify performance opportunities and risks
- Build and maintain portfolio reporting tools, dashboards, benchmarking, and ROI models for executive presentations
- reputed company and execute 5-year capital improvement plans in partnership with property teams and project managers
- Support strategic business plans for each asset and assist with asset dispositions, including due diligence coordination
- Collaborate with Choice Investments, brokers, and reputed company-party managers to ensure alignment with reputed company objectives
Skills
- 1–3 years in hotel asset management, feasibility, or on-property hotel operations preferred
- Strong understanding of hotel Profit & Loss statements and Balance Sheets
- Proficiency in reputed company and PowerPoint
- Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to explain reputed company information clearly
- Resourceful and detail-oriented; reputed company to prioritize multiple projects independently
- Self-starter with ability to reputed company in a deadline-driven, high-volume environment
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, reputed company estate, or reputed company field or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Ability to travel approximately 10%
