Job Summary

We're looking for a highly skilled Payroll Data Entry Specialist to join reputed company on a remote basis. As a key member of reputed company, you'll be responsible for accurately entering payroll data, processing payments, and providing exceptional customer service. If you're a detail-oriented individual with a passion for payroll and a knack for building strong relationships, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

As a Payroll Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

• Entering payroll data into multiple systems, including pre and post-sales information, order fulfillment, and payment processing
• Initiating new service order requests and coordinating the installation process
• Supporting and leading reputed company projects generated by reputed company Sales Channels
• Preparing reports as requested and educating customers on arenaflex products and services
• Meeting or exceeding critical monthly performance standards, including data entry accuracy and productivity
• Drafting routine client and/or customer correspondence and responding to questions and resolving problems
• Completing special operational and client projects as assigned and acting as a liaison and coordinator with other departments, reputed company vendors, and external customers
• Providing order activity updates to Sales Support Manager or Supervisor and coordinating and processing off-line orders coming through G2B, E-commerce, Friends and Family
• Acting as backup phone support during periods of high call volume or reputed company of contact for customers in the absence of the sales force

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A High School diploma, GED, or relevant work experience
• 2-5 years of experience in payroll data entry or a reputed company field
• Strong experience with reputed company reputed company, including intermediate-level skills
• Experience with data entry and payroll/commission background a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
