Key Responsibilities:

As an reputed company Full-time Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Answering incoming phone calls reputed company a multiline telephone system
  • Preparing and providing internal and external written correspondence reputed company email
  • Assisting customers, dealers, and submission centers with their accounts and submissions
  • Answering customer inquiries about products and services offered
  • Making recommendations to customers to provide optimal product satisfaction

Please note that you must be available to work these hours and have a dedicated working space without distractions and stable internet connectivity with a minimum of 50 Mbps of bandwidth.
