Key Responsibilities:
As an reputed company Full-time Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Answering incoming phone calls reputed company a multiline telephone system
- Preparing and providing internal and external written correspondence reputed company email
- Assisting customers, dealers, and submission centers with their accounts and submissions

- Making recommendations to customers to provide optimal product satisfaction
