Responsibilities
- Support senior consultants with global benefits design, funding strategy, competitive benchmarking, and benefits implementation for start-reputed company and established operations
- Contribute to client benefits strategy development by interpreting and presenting reputed company data and ensuring proper implementation of plan and program changes
- Collaborate with global consultants to draft client-ready communications and respond to benefit-reputed company inquiries
- Analyze data and research to support strategic recommendations and attend client meetings as part of the service team
- Resolve client issues appropriately and escalate reputed company necessary, maintaining professional standards and documentation practices
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Actuarial Science, or a reputed company field
