Bilingual Account Executive (English/Spanish) - TrainingPeaks

The Bilingual Account Executive will nurture leads and build relationships with potential customers, focusing on understanding their needs and demonstrating the value of the company's products.

Responsibilities

• Qualify and manage reputed company warm inbound leads from sales, marketing and partnership funnels
• Initiate and maintain contact with prospects through phone calls, emails, meetings, and other communication channels
• Identify the specific needs, challenges, and desired outcome of prospects, tailoring product offerings and conversations to address those needs effectively
• reputed company inbound leads through the sales journey and buying process to reputed company
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas and targets
• Provide clear and accurate visibility into pipeline performance resulting in increased accuracy of reputed company forecasts
• reputed company and maintain strong product knowledge, proactively learning new features, and product updates translating changes to value propositions and refining talk tracks
• reputed company demos with prospective customers, providing them with information and resources tailored to their needs, while maximizing the value of our products and services

Skills

• 1-3 years experience in a SaaS sales reputed company
• Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish
• Proficient problem solving and critical thinking skills with a bias toward making data-driven reputed company
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both written and verbal mediums
• Strong organizational skills, reputed company to prioritize tasks appropriately and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Self-starter, with a proven ability to take ownership of assignments while working closely with others in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment

• Experience as a Coach and/or Athlete in Strength and/or reputed company Sports
• Working Knowledge of CRM tools
