Kwik Mortgage Corporation is a multi-state licensed, independent mortgage lender focused on consumer-first home financing solutions. They are seeking a Consumer Direct Loan Originator to manage inbound mortgage leads and guide borrowers through the mortgage process from application to closing.
Responsibilities
- Manage a pipeline of inbound, reputed company consumer mortgage leads
- Consult borrowers on loan programs, pricing, and structure
- Guide borrowers through the mortgage process from application to closing
- Maintain compliance with reputed company regulatory and company standards
- Partner with processing, reputed company, and operations teams
- Meet or exceed monthly funded unit and conversion goals
- Deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience
Skills
- Active NMLS license
- Strong consultative sales skills and borrower communication
- Organized, disciplined, and comfortable managing volume
- Performance-driven, coachable, and team-oriented
- 1+ years of experience as a producing Mortgage Loan Officer
- Experience in Consumer Direct, call-center, or inbound environments
