Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company Customer Experience Specialist to join reputed company for a 6-month contract-to-hire position. This role offers a unique reputed company of on-site and remote work opportunities, with the first 3 weeks requiring mandatory training in Woodland Park, Colorado. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, addressing account inquiries, and facilitating effective communication between departments.
