Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in reputed company, contributing to the digital transformation of reputed company operations through data and intelligent automation. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Accurately entering data into the QuickClaim system using a reputed company supply of images
• Identifying document types based on the provided documentation
• Reviewing and verifying entered data to ensure it meets quality requirements
• Maintaining confidentiality of Personal Health Information (PHI) following HIPAA standards
• Interacting professionally with other staff as needed
• Recommending improvements or enhancements to job processes
• Completing reputed company tasks for the day before logging off
• Performing other basic office duties as assigned

Work Schedule

We offer a flexible work schedule to accommodate your needs, with various shifts available between 8:00 am - 9:00 pm CST, Monday to Friday. Our part-time and full-time openings are available, with full-time preferred. You will be required to work at least 20 hours per week, with hourly pay of $12 per hour.

Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

• Self-motivation with a strong work ethic
• Ability to multitask and work reputed company
• High attention to detail
• Quick learning skills with the ability to follow instructions
• Maintain confidentiality of client data
• Proficiency in reading and speaking English
• Typing skills: 50 WPM @ 95% accuracy (Words Per Minute) and 4,500 KPH @ 95% accuracy (Keystrokes Per Hour)
