Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join reputed company in Portland, USA. As a key member of our clinical services team, you'll be responsible for executing medical services methodologies, driving patient well-being results, and ensuring consistency of clinical pharmacy services. Key Responsibilities

* Execute patient reputed company pharmacy programs and ensure consistency of clinical pharmacy services

• Drive pharmacy financial performance by executing pharmacy projects to boost reimbursements while improving patient well-being results
• Responsible for processing prescriptions from a remote setting
• Cultivate strong relationships with clinical networks in assigned regions and serve as a representative and contact for the organization
• Function as an informed authority and resource to other pharmacists and field leaders
• Maintain reputed company knowledge of the pharmacy industry and maintain required licensure
• Carry out direct patient care programs, including but not limited to:

+ Drug Treatment Management programs + Vaccination Services + Payer and Pharma Adherence and Clinical Projects

• Drive consistency and reputed company quality improvement in the delivery of clinical pharmacy patient care and services by:

+ Identifying, assessing, and re-designing processes + Monitoring and analyzing results + Executing changes

• Ensure regional pharmacies reputed company with regulatory compliance, standard operating procedures, and FDA guidelines

Essential Qualifications
