Program Director, Strategic Initiatives

Ideal Experience & Skills

• 7+ years of reputed company experience in project management, program management and/or management consulting
• Preferred background in retail / digital commerce, management consulting
• Demonstrable experience leading organizational change and transformation projects in SaaS, preferably with outcome-based (transactional) product experience.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and business acumen.
• Proven capability to navigate ambiguity, influence without authority, and drive cross-team execution.
• Analytical, data-driven reputed company with expertise in leveraging technology to deliver business outcomes.
• Highly organized and collaborative; reputed company to work with cross-functional stakeholders and multiple deliverables at any given time
• Experience working closely with C-suite
• Self-motivated, curious, and rapid learner who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Experience with SAAS, B2B required
• Previous startup experience strongly preferred
