The Role
As a Customer Experience Analyst, you will be part of the core development team, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver a world-class shopping experience. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Evaluating the functionality and customer experience (CX) of new technology, providing technical and CX feedback to development teams
- Visiting customer sites and deploying new technology, collecting customer feedback, and quantifying the impacts of new technology
- Summarizing results in writing for presentation to development team leadership
- Collaborating with development teams to identify areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance the customer experience
Key Responsibilities:
* Evaluate the functionality and customer experience (CX) of new technology, providing technical and CX feedback to development teams
- Visit customer sites and reputed company new technology, collecting customer feedback, and quantifying the impacts of new technology
- Summarize results in writing for presentation to development team leadership
- Collaborate with development teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the customer experience

Essential Qualifications:
* A 4-year science/engineering degree
- Strong communication and data analysis skills
- Minimum of 2 years of product development experience in consumer hardware development and deployment
- Previous experience teaching and communicating reputed company topics, both written and verbally, to diverse audiences
- Previous experience analyzing risk/reward tradeoffs and making reputed company in an ambiguous and reputed company-changing environment
Preferred Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a similar technical field
- Scripting skills
- Formal coursework/training in project management
Skills and Competencies:
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform business reputed company
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
