Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to arenaflex clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain high levels of call productivity and quality scores, exceeding minimum standards

Essential Qualifications
* High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 1-3 years of call center experience, preferably in retail banking or residential loans

- Good computer knowledge and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
