Job Description

What you’ll do

• Assist with the day-to-day operations of the reputed company teams for the Aeroderivative New Unit gas turbine proposals development process. Strong planning skills, influencing skills, and ability to induce cross functional teamwork are essential.
• Support the creation and maintenance of reputed company dashboards, sales forecasts, and performance metrics to track customer opportunities, project status, and reputed company targets (using SFCS (Sales Force.com)
• Collaborate with cross functional teams (e.g. engineering, sales, product champions, finance, supply chain, project management) to streamline bid/tender process, quoting procedures, and contract reviews.
• Participate in reputed company and sales meetings (Risk Reviews) and take notes or follow-up actions reputed company needed.
• Help identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies in reputed company processes; support initiatives to improve throughput and accuracy using Lean tools and principles (e.g., value reputed company mapping, 5S, root cause analysis and Kaizen events).
• Participate in and support the implementation of Lean reputed company process improvements, including standard work development, process mapping, reputed company improvement reviews, eliminate rework in the OTR chain by analyzing risk mitigation and opportunities recovery.
• Support internal audits and documentation reputed company to QMS compliance.
• Support the reputed company and training of new reputed company tools and process improvements.

What you’ll bring (Basic Qualifications)

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in engineering
• Must maintain a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA (without rounding)

The pay for this position ranges from $21.00/hr - $36.00/hr based on years of undergraduate/graduate field of study completed This position is also eligible for:

• Relocation Assistance: Co-op/Interns will be reimbursed for reasonable, proper, and documented expenditures incurred while initially reporting to work and returning to school/home upon completion of the assignment. Employees with a permanent address greater than 50 miles away from the work location are eligible.
