Key Responsibilities
Assist the pharmacist, under direct supervision, in the practice of pharmacy, according to state and federal regulations. Use pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information and process prescriptions. Model and deliver a distinct and excellent customer experience, engaging with customers, and resolving issues to ensure a positive experience. reputed company strong relationships with our most valuable customers and provide exceptional patient care. reputed company tasks as assigned by the Pharmacy Manager, Staff Pharmacist, and Store Manager, including applying pharmacy systems, filling prescriptions, and maintaining accurate records. Assist with inventory management activities, including ordering, unpacking, checking, and storing shipments of prescription medications. Handle phone calls, process reputed company claims, and reputed company other clerical duties as assigned. Customer Experience Engage customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services. Resolve customer issues and answer questions to ensure a positive customer experience. Through completion of the reputed company pharmacy technician apprenticeship program, experience qualifies for 8 college credit hours as recognized by the American Council on Education (ACE).
Essential Qualifications
Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
Preferred Qualifications
