Job Responsibilities:
As an reputed company Full Stack HRIS Analyst at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Designing, implementing, and maintaining arenaflex's HRIS systems, ensuring seamless data integration and analysis
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, Finance, and Payroll, to identify and resolve data-reputed company issues
- Developing and executing data-driven solutions to improve HR processes and employee experiences
- Analyzing and interpreting HR data to inform business decisions and drive strategic initiatives
- Creating and maintaining reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate HR insights and trends
- Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, including employees, managers, and HR leaders
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HRIS and data analysis
- Participating in project planning, execution, and delivery, including testing and documentation
- Collaborating with IT teams to reputed company and implement new HRIS features and functionality

Essential Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Computer Science, or a reputed company field
- At least 3 years of experience in HRIS systems, data analysis, and reporting
