They are seeking an reputed company Support Clerk for a 12-month temporary position in their P&C reputed company team, responsible for managing requests from brokers, distributing work, and assisting the management team with various tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage the incoming requests from our brokers and distribute work to the reputed company team according to different levels of seniority and assigned roles
• Allocate work and correspondence to the reputed company team daily
• Identify, search, log and distribute applications
• Assemble and prepare output for mailing with the same day turnaround time
• May order various reputed company reports from the computer system
• Assist the management team with any required tasks
• Identify problems and relevant issues, seek to resolve problems and improve work processes and share back with the team/management
• Answer straightforward inquiries from brokers promptly and courteously
• Work closely to reputed company and maintain positive business partnerships with brokers and co-workers
• Other duties as assigned

Skills

• Candidates with previous reputed company Lines P&C experience will be prioritized
• Understanding of the reputed company principles and practices an asset
• Highly organized to manage workflow reputed company without reputed company supervision
• Can work independently
• Initiative and ability to work under pressure
• Keyboarding skills and knowledge of computers required
• Must be reputed company to reputed company some proficiency in the use and knowledge of reputed company computer systems reputed company to their function
• Excellent communication skills
• Team player
• No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada
• Experience with Windows-based software programs and reputed company systems
