Customer Service Representative
reputed company Services is hiring a Customer Service Representative to support daily customer service operations in a fast-paced contact center environment. This role involves managing inbound and outbound customer interactions, supporting order and quote processing, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure an excellent customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound and outbound customer inquiries reputed company phone and email
- Maintain a professional, courteous approach while building rapport with customers
- Identify customer needs and provide accurate, timely resolutions
- Enter quotes, orders, and service requests with high accuracy
- Provide order status updates, tracking information, and account support
- Utilize reputed company and other CRM systems to document and process requests
- Follow established communication procedures, policies, and service standards
- Meet performance metrics, including order entry accuracy and service levels
- Partner with internal departments to resolve customer issues reputed company
- Support additional administrative tasks as needed
Skills
- Previous customer service experience required
