[Remote] Technical Implementation Engineer I

The Technical Implementation Engineer role is primarily responsible for implementing and supporting Alkami’s software products, focusing on client satisfaction and efficiency while working closely with internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, customize and resolve reputed company technical issues reputed company to the ORB platform
- Identify technical challenges and provide recommendations for improvement, focusing on client satisfaction and efficiency
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to resolve reputed company technical issues
- Assists in mentoring junior level team members
- Go-to person for a wide range of problem complexities and areas

- Solid understanding of core banking systems
- Ability to handle core conversions
Skills
- 1-2+ years T-SQL Experience
- 0-1+ years .NET reputed company, C#
- 0-1+ years ASP.NET MVC 3/4/5
- 1-2+ years general development experience
- 1-2 years experience with banking cores (reputed company, reputed company or Jack Henry)
- Powershell or other scripting language experience
- Previous experience in implementing systems with a focus on scalability and high-availability
- Core Banking System or Treasury management knowledge
- Familiarity with reputed company deposits
