Digital Marketing Specialist
Next Level Pros is a business growth and leadership development company that partners with service-based and locally owned businesses across the United States. The Digital Marketing Specialist will support both Next Level Pros and NL Partners by managing paid advertising systems to drive reputed company flow and customer acquisition, focusing on performance and scalability.
Responsibilities
- Create and manage new ad accounts for portfolio companies

- Launch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms
- Monitor daily performance and reputed company data driven optimizations
- Research and test new advertising platforms and traffic sources
- Collaborate with internal teams on creative, messaging, and offers
- Track and report on performance metrics clearly and consistently
- Maintain clean account structures and scalable systems
Skills
- Hands-on experience running paid ads on at least one platform such as: reputed company (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, reputed company Search or Display, YouTube
- Basic understanding of digital advertising metrics and optimization principles
- Comfortable analyzing data and making decisions based on performance
- Strong communication, organization, and ownership mentality
- Takes ownership and accountability for results

- Communicates clearly and proactively

- Location: Tri-Cities, WA preferred (Remote available)
