Desktop Administrator
United Bankers’ Bank is looking to add a Desktop Administrator to their small team supporting the main office in Richfield, MN and remote users. This role will provide technical support to Bank employees, including installing, configuring, and troubleshooting hardware and software, as well as managing user accounts and resolving technical issues.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to Bank employees
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot both hardware and software
- Build and manage user accounts
- Resolve technical issues
- Manage time and workload effectively to provide great customer service
- Participate in Tier 1 after hours on call rotation
Skills
- Undergraduate degree and/or one to two years of IT experience
- Ability to manage time and workload effectively
- Provide great customer service to resolve Bank employees' issues
- Participate in Tier 1 after hours on call rotation
