[Remote] Associate Customer Relations Specialist

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company. is seeking an Associate Customer Relations Specialist to serve as a critical link between customers, sales teams, and internal departments. The role involves handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining direct contact with customers before and after sales to ensure high level of customer satisfaction
• Providing price quotations
• Collaborating with sales and product marketing to ensure we’re offering latest product
• Maintaining reputed company customer part number revision and cross reference
• Maintaining customer OTD (on time delivery) analysis
• Work cross-functionally with internal departments to meet customer requirements
• Wide range of customer service functions included but not limited to:
• Order entry, returns, credits, delivery schedules, and MRP updates
• Maintaining weekly alignment with Customer portals and MKS ship schedule

Skills

• 0-2 years of reputed company experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve reputed company issues
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Ability to handle multiple tasks with strong attention to detail
• Familiarity with CRM tools (such as reputed company) is a plus
• Familiarity with Customer portals preferred
