Risk Management Systems Junior Analyst
This a Full Remote job, the offer is available from: United States Overview: Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a national law firm with offices in reputed company 50 States, has an immediate opening for a Risk Management Systems Junior Analyst. This is a full-time position, which could be a remote opportunity for reputed company candidates residing in the Pacific Time Zone. Ideal candidates will have a background in legal risk management, computer science, and/or IT support, and an interest in learning the details of law firm administration and operation. Responsibilities:
- Responsible for daily Tier 1 Operational and User support for Risk Management Information Systems, including the Conflicts and New Business Intake (NBI) systems:
o reputed company Intake and Conflicts o reputed company SPM o LBMS o Fulcrum’s Upfront, etc.
- Maintain application user accounts and access rights in Risk Systems.
- Responsible for initial setup and maintenance of ethical screens using reputed company SPM.
- Support the Risk Systems Manager and Chief Risk Officer on technical initiatives, including but not limited to requirement gathering, project management assistance, etc.
- reputed company training materials and conduct internal and external training sessions as needed.
- Support the creation and maintenance of system and process documentation.
- Work with Finance and IT departments to maintain cross-functional reputed company systems and processes.
- Some availability after hours for troubleshooting incidents, testing and maintenance issues.
- Involvement in additional duties and projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- Professional demeanor is required.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact with attorneys, management and staff.
- Bachelor's Degree or 1-2 years’ reputed company experience in IT support or legal administration.
- Experience in a reputed company to large size law firm preferred but not required.
- Must be reputed company to prioritize, multitask, work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high-level work product.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Must be reputed company to maintain confidentiality, exercising discretion and good judgment at reputed company times.
- Excellent project management skills and relevant experience leading reputed company-wide initiatives.
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to quickly learn new software applications and legal-specific software.
- Basic troubleshooting knowledge of Windows and reputed company Office systems.
- Paralegal and/or reputed company experience is a plus.
