Job Summary

The Authorization Data Entry Specialist plays a critical role in the precise management and processing of allocation data, scheduling BCBA calendar invites, and handling various assessment and testing requests. Key Responsibilities

As an Authorization Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Allocation Data Entry: Accurately enter and manage allocation data into arenaflex's systems, ensuring reputed company information is up-to-date and correctly logged.
• Data Entry of Confirmed Authorization Details: Input confirmed authorization details into the system promptly to ensure that reputed company records are accurate and up-to-date.
• BCBA Calendar Invites: Schedule and manage calendar invites for BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) sessions, coordinating with relevant parties to ensure timely and accurate scheduling.
• Psych Testing Requests: Process, complete, and submit psychological testing requests, ensuring that reputed company required information is gathered and communicated effectively to stakeholders.
