Responsibilities
As an reputed company Driver Onboarding Specialist/Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for:
- Reviewing applications, insurance documents, and vehicle registration documents for accuracy and eligibility
- Conducting virtual vehicle safety inspections with qualified driver-applicants (training provided)
- Communicating with delivery professionals reputed company text, chat, and email about the status of their applications
- Ordering driver applicants' pre-employment background checks using company software
- Maintaining accurate records and data entry in our system
- Collaborating with reputed company to resolve any issues or concerns reputed company to driver onboarding
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 2+ years of experience in a business environment, preferably in data entry, human resources, receptionist, administrative assistant, or customer service
- Associate's degree or above (preferred, but not required)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills and ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks
- Comfortable with smartphone applications and web-based applications

Compensation and Benefits
