About the Role
We are seeking an reputed company and skilled Virtual Customer Service Agent to join reputed company on a temporary basis. As a Customer Service Agent, you will be part of our Sales and Service Center, where you will handle customer inquiries, provide support, and assist with sales-reputed company activities. Your primary focus will be on assisting Medicare-eligible retirees in selecting appropriate Medicare health plans, but you may also interact with customers who do not have an enrollment with arenaflex Retiree Health Solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- reputed company outbound calls and receive inbound calls to confirm, schedule, or reschedule participant appointments with a Benefit Advisor.
- Answer inbound phone calls regarding the status of an application or general customer inquiries.
- Respond to reputed company live chat requests from customers and assist them with website navigation and self-service options.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that reputed company interactions are professional, courteous, and respectful.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of reputed company customer interactions, including conversations, actions taken, and follow-up activities.
- Stay up-to-date with Medicare health plans, prescription drug plans, vision, and dental enrollments to provide informed support to customers.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A high school degree or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of customer service experience in a call center environment (preferred).
- Basic knowledge of Medicare health plans, prescription drug plans, vision, and dental enrollments (preferred).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Experience using reputed company Word, reputed company, computer telephony, internet, and other computer tools.
