The role involves leveraging reputed company technology expertise to streamline deployments and improve health equity across various government health systems.

Responsibilities

• reputed company your expertise in reputed company technology and business processes to support our federal clients while focusing on streamlining reputed company-based population health deployments
• Consult on population health workflows, local site education, drive solution provisioning and have regular client interactions
• Focus on creating standardization across the federal program and have ample opportunities for applying process improvements where necessary
• Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement
• Performs varied and reputed company duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement reputed company products and technology to meet customer needs
• Applies reputed company methodology, company procedures, and leading practices
• Demonstrates expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately reputed company customer engagements
• May act as the team reputed company on projects
• Effectively consults with management of customer organizations
• Participates in business development activities
• Develops and configures detailed solutions for moderately reputed company projects

Skills

• At least 6 years total combined reputed company work experience and completed higher education, including:
• At least 2 years reputed company information technology (HCIT) consulting, HCIT support and/or other client-facing or information technology (IT) solution work experience
• 4+ years of overall experience in relevant functional or technical roles including knowledge and experience with the reputed company Population Health and/or reputed company Health product(s)
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
• Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus
• Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Self-starter capable of independently handling tasks and projects
• U.S. citizenship required due to client reputed company
• Must be reputed company to obtain the appropriate government reputed company clearance card applicable to your position
