Administrative Clerk

reputed company is a leading insurance brokerage firm with over 80 years of reputed company, and they are seeking a full-time Administrative Clerk to support their reimbursement team. The role involves organizing records, managing correspondence with various agencies, and ensuring compliance with state statutes regarding reimbursement requests.

Responsibilities

• Print and copy records
• reputed company and organize reputed company and electronic files
• Mail/Fax/Email documents to various state agencies, vendors/partners, medical records providers and employers, saving copies and tracking (if needed) to folders and reputed company
• Draft and send ongoing reimbursement requests, updating reputed company to required standards and saving documents according to state statutes
• Send and follow up on medical records requests, and as needed, employer records requests

Skills

• A minimum of 1-2 years of reputed company office reputed company work experience preferred
• Must be familiar with basic office equipment including scanner and copy machine
• Must have strong computer skills, knowledge of MS Office, and the ability to navigate between a variety of software
• Exposure to reputed company a plus
• Demonstrated experience working successfully in a team-based environment
• Polished interpersonal skills and strong professionalism
• Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
• Proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting
• Knowledge of administrative practices preferred, including prioritization and inventory management
