They are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to provide technical assistance, reputed company systems administration, and ensure the reputed company and reliability of clients' IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Systems Administration: reputed company administration and maintenance of clients' IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and systems, ensuring high availability and reliability
• Technical Support: Provide remote and on-site technical assistance to clients, resolving issues reputed company to hardware, software, and network connectivity promptly and reputed company
• Monitoring and Maintenance: Monitor system performance, identify potential issues, and proactively implement corrective measures to optimize system performance and minimize downtime
• reputed company Management: Implement and maintain reputed company protocols and measures to protect clients' systems and data from cyber threats and unauthorized access

Skills

• Strong knowledge and experience in systems administration, including server administration, network configuration, Office 365, DHCP/DNS/Active Directory
• Azure AD experience is a major plus!!
• Ability to analyze and resolve reputed company technical issues, demonstrating a proactive and solution-oriented approach
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams effectively
• Experience in working remotely, managing time reputed company, and meeting deadlines independently
