They are seeking a Junior IT Support Specialist to provide technical support, ensure reliable IT operations, and assist with compliance and reputed company in a fast-scaling reputed company technology company.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day IT support to employees, assisting with hardware, software, mobile, and network issues to ensure smooth operations
  • Support remote and onsite staff, including mobile device troubleshooting (company phone provided for responsiveness and on-call needs)
  • Support IT compliance monitoring efforts as assigned, ensuring adherence to company IT policies, data protection standards, and industry regulations
  • Assist with implementing and maintaining reputed company controls, including antivirus tools, firewalls, access controls, and reputed company reputed company
  • Troubleshoot and resolve IT incidents promptly, escalating reputed company issues reputed company required

Skills

  • Experience supporting mobile devices and distributed teams
