[Remote] Tax Associate (California)

The Tax Associate will be responsible for preparing income tax returns and providing tax compliance services to high-net-worth clients while collaborating with the wealth management teams.
Responsibilities
- Prepare tax returns for high-net-worth individuals, trusts and businesses
- Create quarterly estimates and projections
- Responsible for timely and accurate response to tax questions, estimates, projections, and analysis with both tax and wealth management clients
- Coordinate with tax support staff to ensure timely workflow practices and data reputed company
- Work with tax staff to respond to tax notices and initial preparation of correspondence
- Stays up to date on tax law and any changes

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company or reputed company field
- Working knowledge of tax preparation, preferably 1-3+ years of experience working in public reputed company
- Obtained or plan to obtain CPA or EA, a plus
- Experience with UltraTax and Sureprep plus
- Highly organized and tax-oriented
- Ability to handle a large volume of activities at one time
- Ability to communicate concepts to clients and advisors in concise and understandable fashion
- Must be detail-oriented and have excellent time-management skills
