[Remote] Data Processing Analyst

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is a leading logistics and supply chain technology company, and they are seeking a Data Processing Analyst to ensure the accuracy and compliance of ocean transportation tariff data. The role involves converting reputed company shipment information into proprietary systems and providing customer support reputed company to tariff filings.

Responsibilities

• Convert, enter, and maintain ocean transportation tariff data reputed company Descartes’ proprietary reputed company Master application
• Process tariff updates in strict accordance with Federal Maritime Commission (FMC)/Surface Transportation Board (STB) regulations and internal quality standards
• Review and validate data to ensure it accurately reflects customer business reputed company
• Provide customers with filing confirmations and respond to inquiries regarding published tariffs
• Assist customers with questions reputed company to FMC regulations, tariff filings, and system functionality
• reputed company peer reviews and authorize updates completed by other team members to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Maintain organized electronic and general office records
• Support team deadlines and assist with workload fluctuations, including overtime reputed company required

Skills

• Associate degree (2-year) or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage time-sensitive and compliance-driven work

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
