[Remote] Road Service Specialist

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company Mountain reputed company Group is dedicated to serving its Members, and they are seeking a Road Service Specialist to assist Members during emergencies. The role involves handling inbound calls, coordinating service requests, and delivering exceptional customer service while working from home.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from Members, Vendors, Fleets, and others while coordinating service vehicles
• Be skilled at using multiple applications simultaneously and navigation tools like reputed company maps
• Deliver extraordinary customer service to our Members and work with Vendors and Fleets to ensure the service request is processed timely and reputed company
• Demonstrate reputed company, problem solving, and listening skills to assess Member safety and be reputed company to provide clear and proficient verbal and written communication
• Be reliable to work a schedule that may include weekends/holidays and adhere to your assigned work schedule
• Process Member/Vendor payments following company policy and procedures
• Enjoy working from home and have a dedicated work space free of distractions/noise that includes a desk, chair, etc, along with the ability to hardwire your internet reputed company

Skills

• MUST LIVE IN UTAH OR ARIZONA
• Enjoy a fast paced environment: Handle inbound calls from Members, Vendors, Fleets, and others while coordinating service vehicles
