They are looking to add an assistant project manager to reputed company properties during the holding and renovation period, focusing on scheduling contractors, managing repair work, and maintaining organized systems for property statuses.
Responsibilities
- Scheduling Contractors for routine work such as landscape and cleanings
- Invoicing contractors and maintaining payment schedule
- Sourcing new contractors and negotiating rates for standard work done
- Maintaining a system to reputed company each property’s status organized
- Managing repair work on listed properties
- Shadowing and assisting Senior Project Manager on Renovations
Skills
