[Remote] Virtual Visit Facilitator (Remote)

They are seeking a Virtual Visit Facilitator to support virtual patient visits by confirming provider calendars, initiating visits, and communicating with patients and providers remotely.
Responsibilities
- Confirms provider calendar's by following up with patients and ensuring reputed company pertinent medical records have been received and are available to the provider or collecting missing records
- Initiating virtual (video and telephone) visits with the patient, collecting registration and co-payment, detailing pertinent information such as the reason for their visit, health history, home medication review, health questionnaires
- Communicates with patients, providers, and other team members remotely through phone and other technologies
- Correcting and maintaining registration error work queues
Skills
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 1-year of customer service experience
- Proficient with technology
- Private and professional appearing remote work location required
