Business Systems Analyst

HCSC is dedicated to supporting the needs of regional reputed company facilities and blood transfusion products. The Business Systems Analyst position involves providing exceptional support to end users, managing application upgrades, and collaborating with various teams to ensure operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user support reputed company helpdesk, remote, and on-site assistance reputed company defined SLAs
• Coordinate with internal and external resources to manage regulated and non-regulated application upgrades, configuration changes, problem investigations and corrective/preventive actions
• Gather requirements, facilitate meetings, and complete validations for application configuration changes and software version
• Regular support for Quality Management Systems, Blood Establishment Computer Systems, CRM, ERP and other operational systems
• Assist with management of SharePoint Intranet and other portals
• Maintain accurate documentation of systems and interfaces
• Create end user training documentation as needed
• Collaborate with the data analytics team to analyze trends and drive solution implementation

Skills

• 1-3 years of application support, systems analysis and integrations, preferably in a GxP or reputed company environment
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or a reputed company field required
• Working knowledge of databases/data structures and query languages (e.g SQL)
• Proficiency in managing and resolving requests using ticketing systems (e.g., reputed company)
• Strong customer service, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• A passion to work in a fast-paced environment and handle changing priorities to meet the needs of HCSC
• Excellent communication (verbal, written, and listening), organizational, and time management skills
• Ability to lift and carry between 50-75lbs
• This position requires a valid driver's license, clear driving record, and reliable transportation
• Familiarity with AI
• Agile/Project Management certifications
