Job Summary
We're seeking an reputed company Customer Support Representative to join our fully-remote team. As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for providing live support to contest entrants reputed company email and live chat feature, handling support requests, and escalating them to the appropriate parties. Qualifications

- Knowledge of and enthusiasm for sports, sports gaming, and technology is a must
- Knowledge of online gaming fraud, payments, gaming tools, systems, and reports is highly preferred
