Job Summary
As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the first reputed company of contact for our passengers, providing exceptional service and support through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and live chats. Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:
- Handling inbound customer inquiries reputed company phone, email, and chat
- Providing accurate information about flight schedules, ticket prices, and other services
- Resolving customer complaints and concerns promptly and effectively
- Processing ticket changes, cancellations, and refunds

Requirements

- Comfort with using computers and customer service software
