Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Care Agent on our 2nd shift team, you will be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service over the phone, live chat, and email
• Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve reputed company customer issues
• Developing and implementing creative solutions to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty

Essential Qualifications:
